1. Do I need to pay to make an inquiry?
No. Submitting the form is completely free. We confirm availability and only send payment details once you are ready to proceed. There is no obligation at this stage.
2. How quickly will I receive a response?
We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. During peak season (June–September) we aim to reply within 12 hours. You will receive a personalised email directly from our team.
3. Can I book the Villa exclusively?
Yes. Booking the Nuku Villa gives you full exclusive use of the entire property — all common areas, the pool, the beach frontage, and every bedroom. No other guests on site.
4. What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 3 nights for all room types. During peak season (July–August) the Nuku Villa requires a minimum of 5 nights. Please mention your preferred dates in the inquiry form.
5. Are children welcome at Nuku Beach?
Absolutely. Children of all ages are welcome at Nuku Beach. A cot and highchair are available on request at no extra charge. The property is fully fenced and very family-friendly.
6. Why book directly instead of Airbnb or Booking.com?
Booking directly with us means no platform commission fees, the best available rate, and a fully personal service. You deal directly with us from first inquiry to check-out — no third parties involved.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept international bank transfer, Wise, and PayPal. A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your arrival date.
