How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks ahead for peak season (Jul – Aug). For shoulder season, 2 weeks is usually sufficient. Last-minute availability is sometimes possible just give us a call.
What types of accommodation do you offer?
We offer a selection of beachfront villas and traditional Fijian bures, each designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing island experience. Contact us if you’d like help choosing the accommodation that best suits your stay.
Are long-term stays available?
Absolutely. We have a dedicated long-term rental portfolio for stays of 30 days or more, with special monthly rates and furnished apartments designed for comfortable extended living.
Can I visit a property before booking?
Yes we offer in-person viewings and virtual tours. Simply contact us with your preferred date and property, and we’ll arrange access with 24 hours notice.
What is your cancellation policy?
Guests can cancel up to 30 days before check-in, free of charge. Between 7 and 30 days before check-in, 50% will be charged for all nights. Less than 7 days before check-in, 100% of the charge for all nights will apply.
